Before you’re immersed in this sonic universe, Lilu will guide you through Myofascial Release techniques to prepare your body to fully surrender. Specialized Recovery Rounds will be placed on various points across your body to release tension, open energy pathways, and work deeply with the connective tissue. You will experience a total reset, unlocking both physical and emotional blocks to help you dive completely into the music and float through the experience with a sense of freedom, lightness, and flow.
